About La Habra

La Habra’s housing stock spans post-war bungalows, 1960s–1980s tract homes, and infill near Whittier and Harbor corridors. Many properties still run 100A services that cannot support today’s kitchens, mini-splits, and EV load without a planned upgrade. We model demand before recommending panel or rewire work, replace unsafe gear, and document everything for resale and insurance. For commercial clients we handle small build-outs, lighting upgrades, and panel work with the same communication standards — quality work, not the cheapest bid.

"I hired First Electric through Yelp, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Their response time alone was impressive, they had Michael out to my house within an hour of my call.Michael delivered true white-glove service. He was incredibly courteous, professional, and thorough throughout the entire visit. What really stood out was how much time he took to educate me during the troubleshooting process. He didn't just diagnose and repair the issue, he walked me through every step, explained what he was checking, why he was checking it, and made sure I fully understood everything along the way. Honestly, he came across more like a teacher and trusted advisor than just a service technician. He replaced the receptacle, double-checked all the breakers, and helped troubleshoot why my EV wasn't charging. He even went above and beyond by going to my neighbor's house to test and troubleshoot the charging cable we were using. That level of effort and customer care is rare these days. This was easily a five-star experience. First Electric and Michael exceeded every expectation I had, and they are now my permanent go-to company for any electrical work I need in the future. Highly recommend."

"My elderly in-laws had old florescent kitchen lights that went out. Called several recommended electrical companies. Michael was the only one that came out that same day told us what he could do and gave us a quote. We wanted to change from Florescent to LEDs. He ordered the parts and the following week when the parts came in, he was here and replaced the old lights. The kitchen lights are much brighter and use less wattage. His charge to us (labor and material) was very reasonable and work was done quickly and professionally. Michael has very pleasant personality and answered any electrical question we had. It was a "delight" to have him do the work for us!"
