"Do not use! They charged me $190 to "diagnose and repair". The technician they sent out did not listen to my issues, but instead just reset the breakers and told me to upgrade my box. He did not diagnose the actual problem and he did not repair anything. Instead they used it to try to upsell me. THEN, they refused to even send me quotes so that I could look over what they were offering. They insisted they must set up an additional meeting and meet in person before they would give me any quotes. Any company that does this is very shady and this is an immediate red flag! This is disrespectful of my time and is only necessary if you know your quote is not competitive and you need a hard sell. There are better electrical companies out there. Don't waste your time and money."

"Michael saved us on a Sunday afternoon when one of our outlets started SMOKING! He came over, was super professional, and helped get us to a point where we could safely get the electricity turned back on.
