"Michael came to install 4 ceiling fans, a Tesla charger, and a new outlet in the bathroom. He gave me a good price. Saying I had to write him a good review. I got busy with personal issues at home. But I knew I might call him again for more work around the house. And I'd write the review later. He quotes me almost triple the price, this time. Saying his prices have changed. And badgering me about how I didn't write the review. He says he's thinking about adhering to the same price as our first job, if I write the review. I write him a nice review.Show it to him. He tells me, I should've written the review two months ago, and he won't change his pricing. So here we are. I don't like people who manipulate for a review."

"Michael was very professional, ordered parts and got them delivered, arrived on time and was very thorough in performing the job. I had him install EV Charging station in my garage. He had to make room in my electrical panel and pull about 100 ft of 220 Volt wire. He knew what he was doing and finished my job leaving my place near and clean. He made sure everything was working and even texted me next day to make sure all was well. I am very happy with his service."
